THE CANTINA VAL DI LAGO CELLAR
The winery is located in an old farmhouse in the old centre of Levanella. The original name of the locality of Levanella was Avanella or Vanella, which was the vulgarisation of a late Latin term indicating a manor hunting reserve.
Levanella is located in the municipality of Montevarchi, a town in the Upper Valdarno on the left bank of the Arno.
The territory includes the valley floor where the main town is located and part of the hills between the Arno and the Chianti Senese.
